Privacy policy

Frugio is built to work without accounts and without needless collection: your games stay in your browser. Here is, plainly, what is processed and what your rights are. Last updated: July 31, 2026.

Your game data stays on your device

Frugio requires no account. Your progress, settings and streaks are stored only in your browser's local storage (localStorage), on your device. This data is never sent to our servers. You can erase it at any time with "Reset progress" in the game settings, or by clearing your browser data for frugio.ca.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, an aggregated, privacy-friendly measurement: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no individual profile. It tells us, for example, how many people visit a page and from which country, without identifying you.

Advertising cookies

Frugio may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve ads, including personalized ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

• You can opt out of ad personalization in Google's Ads Settings.
• You can also opt out of third-party vendors' cookies at youradchoices.com or aboutads.info.

Your rights (GDPR and Quebec's Law 25)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Quebec's Law 25, you have the right to:

• access the personal information concerning you and request a copy;
• request its rectification or deletion;
• withdraw your consent at any time (for example to personalized advertising, via the links above);
• lodge a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or your local data protection authority.

Since Frugio keeps no personal data on its servers, most of these requests can be handled directly on your device — but write to us with any question or request: we answer within 30 days.
